While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
It takes in average 12 weeks to create new habits. Transformational program is a 12 week program, 12 sessions + graduation in which we identify together the pain points to work on setting goal and create plans of actions, an accountability system and we work together on achieving goals.
I offer both, some people want to start in group and some other like privacy. 1 on 1 sessions are more effective addressing specific issues and needs someone may have.
I offer both, you can schedule when you need help, one session at a time or show commitment to yourself and the process. Change with long lasting results takes time, I offer 12 weeks programs, meeting once a week, 1 hr session. This creates commitment, accountability and consistency. It takes in average 12 weeks to create new habits.

My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. I also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practice. I adhere to the International Coach Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
